The CEMBooks V2 web app will run on all mobile web viewers – this can be set as an App on the home screen (see tutorial video) and all user functions are the same as the desktop view.

The CEMBooks V2 native Apps for iOS and Android are available on the respective App Stores and can be downloaded free of charge for users – these are required for mobile push notifications.

All front end user functions are available on desktop and mobile however admin functions are only available via the desktop web app.

CEMBooks V2 does not require any specific infrastructure beyond internet access. Although off line mode can be used by the app and this will subsequently update once connected again the notifications and other functions will not work in an off line situation. Internet access can be via mobile internet or broadband connection. It is advisable to use a secured connection rather than public wifi.

CEMBooks has an API which can receive data via json files that have been surfaced from an organisations data warehouse or any other data source that belongs to the deploying organisation and matched to specific KPI’s within a departments sit rep.

Specific technical instructions regarding where to direct these files will be provided on request – please identify the appropriate member of your IT team to liaise with our Technical team. This can then be tested ahead of deployment.
