Welcome to the Tasks module on CEMBooks V2.
Purpose
We’ve designed this module to support the management of task allocation. This might be on a ward, in an ED, or from an operational meeting. Effectively anything where you want to record, track, and assign a task in your organisation.
The ‘due time’ for the longest outstanding task will be clearly visible and can be incorporated into the department’s sit rep (update in H2 2023).
Tracking and auditing the time it takes to complete tasks within your department is a crucial method to showcase the synchronisation between your capacity and demand. This valuable insight allows you to efficiently deliver time-sensitive interventions, including prompt administration of antibiotics or quick transfer to CT.
Those departments using paper based ”jobs’ lists will be able to use this electronic solution, allowing jobs to be added from anywhere in the department and monitored remotely.

Each department can set Tasks up to suit their own requirements. It is fully customisable to your needs.
