This week we rolled out our latest product update, bringing some brand new functionality we hope customers enjoy.
Here are the highlights:
Tasks:
Designed to replace paper task lists we often see at nurses stations, and operational tasks created during meetings like ‘bronze command’ this feature allows the creation of task types at department level. Users can log when tasks are requested and, and mark off as they are completed. It is possible to enter notes against tasks.
Everyone can see what needs to be done in real time, what is outstanding, and how long tasks are taking to be completed. Fully auditable, this feature can help evidence good operational management and help narrate environmental factors during investigations. See video: https://youtu.be/Rq1nMLMSMPI
This feature is set up in the admin section, and accessed by users clicking the task icon in the bottom of our iOS / Android apps. On Web it is shown alongside resources.
Duplicate Logs:
Designed to allow users who wish to enter log a situation that is largely similar to a previous one but needs some changes, this feature duplicates a previous log but allows information to be edited or complimented before posting. This feature is available to all users by clicking the duplicate logo on an existing log in web, iOS or Android. See video: https://youtu.be/6wQ0uOxYNv8
Snapshot:
Designed to allow operational teams to quickly chart how a day has unfolded in terms of the important raw KPI’s data from internal and external systems, alongside sitrep narrative.
