As part of our latest product update we have added the function to duplicate logs within CEMBooks.
We created this feature to help teams using logs for handover of patients or recording operational information through the day. If information added at 8am still needed to be on the handover list of jobs needing doing at noon and therefore rather than having to complete the log in full for the second time, it will be useful to simply update the log if it was pre-populated with the previous information.
This can also be used to help reduce the time taken to complete quick assurance tasks, such as waiting area safety checks, which have been completed in multiple areas.It is a quick duplicate of what was done and allows the area checked to be changed.
You can see that the duplicate log button which is at the top right hand corner of every log that you want to duplicate.
Simply hit this button and a new log will be created with pre-populated information from the original log. This can be edited as required and saved. This does not alter any of the information in the original log and allows you to update with the subsequent new information. Attached is a small clip showing how duplicate logs works.
